The Journey


Anahata Journey follows the heart, embraces the heart and heals from the heart.

We all have unique stories that sometimes require for us to revisit, re-configure and sometimes even re establish under a different lens from the one we might have been used to.  Is about finding perspectives that are more algin with our truth in order to heal and re-invent ourselves through a series of practices that empower.

Anahata Journey offers a space to work and improve feelings that come from trauma, pain, anger,  guilt or any experience that continues to affect many areas of life. Those ideas, patterns and emotions that limit us from exploring and embracing our full capacities;

Sometimes we deal with circumstances that bring us a turmoil of emotions and feelings that only drag us down to the point where we feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or depressed.

Sometimes all it takes is to become aware, acknowledge the present, to change the narrative of our reality.

About Us

Facilitating changes is something that passions me. A bachelors in psychology allowed me to support different groups of people that have encounter traumatic events. 

 Therapeutic groups have been a big part of my professional experiences, from women in jail with high guilt tendencies to teenagers victims of trafficking,  drug abuse, troubled  and domestic violence families,  in a Juvenile Center.

Working with children and their families in different contexts has allowed me to understand how trauma can be reflected in different social settings, cultures and levels, it does not discriminate.

YOGA is an essential tool that has opened up a door that has impacted my own journey by becoming present and grounded one breath at the time.


 Supporting people through a holistic approach that integrates mental health, breathwork techniques and mindfulness where SELF LOVE is the baseline to continue a healthy and loving Journey is the ultimate intention .
